Welcome to YT Diane! I hope to see lots of pictures of Harley soon! Potty training is going to take time, the others have already said what I wanted to say about it. It's mainly about persistance, consistancy and patience. I can't tell you one dog of any breed or size that was 100% potty trained at 12 weeks. That's still just a baby.
