They are going to tell her, because if they don't and she finds out she will be PISSED.
Tuck actually provides a service to my mom, and he IS small, so hopefully she won't be too annoyed at us. We were planning on telling her my mom needed a service dog after about 6 months...when she knew that we really are taking good care of the house. But the stress is a bit too much for Donna to handle.
