Oh I didn't really mean to direct/aim a comment at anyone in particular. If you are uncomfortable with yourself than you need to do what you feel you need to do to get more comfortable. Someone could turn around and think that your comment was insulting to them when they are a bigger size than you are, so please don't take my comment as an insult, I did not mean it that way.

I know how it feels to gain a lot of weight fast and have a closet full of new clothes that don't fit anymore!

Have you read the book "the Secret" ?? I dont' want to push my views on you or anyone at all or get into a debate about the book or anything, but its VERY good on helping you take a look at things in your life that you do not like and putting a positive spin on them and thinking postively about things. They tackle weight in the book and give some pretty good ideas on how you should view yourself and talk to yourself when you are not feeling your best
