I guess different things effect different people...differently!!
When I worked at our local elementary school, the teachers swore by Zicam spray. And none of them had any strange side effects.
I have to tell you....the guys at my DH's work told him to get some for his recent "cold"...I bought some for him and the first time he used it, he said that a few hours later, he was already feeling better. He used it for a few times and he said it was like a miracle in a bottle!!
An all natural nose spray that WORKS (another great tip from my friend) is GrapeFruit Seed Extract nose spray (GSE)....you can find it at health food stores!
