see i disagree with this, at least in my case. Our hair dresser rents out her chair at the salon and only gets a percentage of what we pay and if no one comes in that day she hardly makes anything. Our groomer works for a big place who provides all their grooming supplies and she gets paid an hourly rate no matter if dogs show up or not. We normally tip her 5 dollars. She always seems thankful and we couldn't afford a whole lot more. Though we did give her a gift card for xmas
