I saw the part with the dead puppy in the window!! Couldn't close my eyes without seeing the poor baby!! It's just a shame they couldn't have closed that shop down and taken all those poor animals out of there right then!! There were some that didn't even have water!! It's also a shame that all he had to do was put signs on the cages that they weren't "for sale" and that relieved him of the responsibility of having to show a vet certificate!!! There needs to be so many laws/legislation addressed!!
