I'm getting a new puppy tomorrow and I'm also scared. What a fellow YTer suggested what have them meet on neutral ground like Ellie May said then put your new pup in her ex-pen and let your other dog sniff her and meet that way with a wall in between them. Pay a TON of attention to your other dog while this is going on. Then after Chewy settles down and seems to be ignoring the fact that she is there, let her out.
Thats my plan for tomorrow at least...we'll just have to see.
