I'm in a sad place right now. I decided to get a little girl for Chuy (and myself..I love dress up) and I wanted to get her from the same breeder that I got him from. Kenneth's pups are well socialized, loving, and pretty much potty trained when they go to their forever homes, not to mention beautiful examples of the breed. He was expecting a liter, and called me the other day to tell me they had been birthed. One male, one female. YAY! Right? Well, I just got a call, and he told me the little girl had passed. The vet believes it was something was wrong with the baby from the get-go. The little male is doing fine, and showing no problems, thank goodness. Kenneth's got another liter due on the 22 of this month, and I'm ok with waiting, and I'm not worried, as the sire and dam involved make BEAUTIFUL puppies, but I guess I was just too excited, and now I'm sad. Boo. Thanks for letting me vent.

Same thing happened to me last month, you have my sympathy.
