I need your help. My girlfriend is in to scrapbooking. She is taking her daughter to Ireland in March. I thought some scrapbooking supplies, perhaps with an Irish theme might make a nice gift. However, I don't know what supplies she has, what size of paper she uses etc. I was thinking of a gift card to our local craft shop so she could pick out what she needs/wants. But that is kind of impersonal. I don't want to spend more than $20. Any suggestions on how to create a scrapping gift?

Also, her daughter will graduate from college next year. Any inexpensive ($10) gift ideas for a 21 year old? She just got an apartment but it is stocked.
