He actually recommends that you take 1 tsp of cinnamon a day. I really don't want to take plain by mouth, so I thought a supplement would be better. I could put it in my steel cut oats everyday, but I eat it plain w/1 tbsp of flaxseed oil, no sugar or milk, so I really did not think cinnamon in the oats would be tasty.
