My husband is terrible like that at night. It gets really bad sometimes. We've been living together for 14 years and I've never gotton used to it. Most of the time it's silly stuff, he sits up in bed with eyes open and talks to me about the "spider" on the wall or there's a "rat" in the room and he's looking all over for it. And other times he gets up and walks around and thinks he sees things. Once he thought our golden retriever (that was sleeping!) was dead and got up and was petting him and got all emotional. It takes a while for me to get him to wake up, sometimes he remembers and sometimes he does not.
