I do that all the time! I just sit straight up in bed and start talking... thankfully it's been nothing off the wall, but I'm alone at night cause Adam works at night, so God only knows what I've done that I don't know about. I don't think I've been under unusual stress though. I'm starting school, working full time, have too many bills, and I'm married, that's about all the stress I have... nothing unusual. I think I might have figured out why this is happening though. I was just looking up online about sleepwalking and it said that mental health can cause it and I have bipolar II disorder. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it next time I go.
