Does anyone have any information or experiences with sleep walking? For the past 6 months-ish, I've been "waking up" in the middle of the night, talking to my husband, playing with the dogs, answering the phone, setting my alarm, and I don't remember any of it. Like the other night my husband came home at 2:30 am and the dogs barked. Apparently I got up out of bed and yelled at them to stop. The only thing I remember is waking up to my alarm (that I don't remember setting) and seeing Adam sleeping next to me. I've also talked to him and my mom on the phone in my sleep. What do you all think?
