I wouldn't give more than one shot at a time. It is better to space them out a week or two because that is a lot on the immune system at once. Also, if your dog has a reaction you will know what it is from that way.

I prefer not to give lepto or corona. Sometimes you have to give lepto if you live in an outbreak area or if you live on a farm. The lepto vaccine causes the most severe reactions in Yorkies.

You should watch for a few hours to make sure there is no facial swelling. Anaphalaxis is also a small concern. This is rare though.
