I had a mom that was picking up her pup and trying to bury it...She may think someone is going to take it from her...When they pick them up they get them wet and they get too cold...Try confining mom to a smaller pen and cover it with a blanket so she has some privacy, keeping her in a room without any other dogs or people traffic...You may have to sit there and hold her down while the pups nurse...You may have to put them down in your shirt for a while and warm them slowly up so they can eat...Puppies can not digest and a mom will not lay with a cold puppy...
Be firm with her and when she tries to pick them up tell her no firmly and reassure her that it is alright...Hope this helps!
