I buy on ebay all the time,. and when I am up in canada I still do. people are charged customs if the parcel is much over 20.00.
Sometimes I have things shipped to my cousin in Syracuse N.Y. But sometimes the seller will put a lesser value on the package so it just goes right through with no problems. You can ship ups, or usps and I have never had a problem.
Except for once, won an item for 10.00 and the seller put a value of 300. on it so they wanted 75.dollars in duty and taxes, I sent it back to him. He had to resend it,. He was being an a**.
