Yes, the vet said that he must have started the infection before I got him. It is not the breeder's fault. She did not knowingly sell me a sick puppy, and he was seen by her vet the day before I picked him up. My vet said that it was just "one of those unexplainable things". The breeder has been very nice and is very upset, she is willingly refunding my money.
