This is an economically deprived area and most things are cheaper here than in bigger cities and other places. |
Plus, most people in rural , deprived areas such as ours here in Ky, don't even know what a quality yorkie should look like. i really didn't either until I got on here and started researching. before i bought Ceeby, I looked at some males and the breeder told me she had never seen a male that his ears stood up and didn't think they were supposed to. this woman has been breeding for many, many years.
