I believe the ad states the 10 month old is a female. Teacup is refering to the size, probably was held on to to see if she would grow big enough to breed. The puppy in the pic is 10 weeks. This isn't a puppymill. Probably shouldn't jump to that conclusion with out checking it out. As for price, the price varies around the country, and I am sure this one is going on a spay/neuter contract. Pet prices are usually quite a bit lower than show/ breed. I have seen prices vary on gorgeous Biewers from anywhere around 1500.00 to 5,000.
Again, it is the breeder that sets the price.
