If you were to do the tail and dewclaws at home how would you go about doing this. I have been worring about this also. Abby is due to have puppies on Jan. 10 or there abouts and was trying to decide if I would do it or take the puppies to the vet. When my corgi had puppies the breeder that I got the mom from came over and did the puppies. She use a rubber band on the tails and regular nail clippers on the dew claws. What is the best way to do this?
