Well they've been saying Protein is the best way to go...keeps you fuller longer and for me it's helping my muscle repair after a hard workout...but it's been good for me...I've been doing Whey Protein from Fortress at Walmart, taste like a vanilla shake and has very little fat and carbs and sugar...so if your looking to loose your x-mas and thanksgiving weight (MMMMM foooooddd) then that's the way to go they say!
