Oh I forgot to tell you that there is a sleeping pill that I got over the counter at walmart, generic brand, they were little blue pills, I can't remember the name or the active ingredient but it the one that is not diphenhydramine, there are 2 different ones, one with diphenhydramine and the other one-its the othe one...it works great, maybe too great, I didn't want to wake up...
