They have had it in the stores for a while now. It's not a huge rack but it's right between the boys action figures and the girls kitchen sets right in the isle (that has been the position I have seen it in three TRS's already).
The stuff looks cute in person and the prices are not bad.
OMG I didn't realize that those were leg warmers...how cute.
