I would never take any of my three Yorkies to anyone's home without permission. In fact, I'd never ask permission to bring them to a party. I'm sure my babies wouldn't enjoy it anyway. We did have problems with travel, even when we had only two. Hotels that allow pets are few and far between and even those that do, if you are traveling to visit/sightsee, you can't leave the babies in the hotel. Well, we have solved our problem! We bought a 40 foot motorhome and now they go where we go. If we can't drive the RV to get there, we don't go. We stay in full hook-up parks that allow animals and when we leave to sightsee (we break it up into a few hour intervals to come back and check on the babies) the babies are okay because they are in an air conditioned home away from home. Of course, I realize not everyone can do this, but we are older with our kids all grown so we are lucky enough to be able to have this option. I feel for everyone who does have to travel with their babies though. Went through it for many years!
