My mobile groomer owns the business and he truly deserves the tips! I can't think of a reason I would not tip the one actually doing the work: whether they are the owner or not. (I even tip the shampoo girl where I get my haircut) It's nothing too outrageous, just a way of saying thanks for doing a good job.
