allright ....... i just got off the phone with teh technical support, and he will call me back with wether or not the dispatch is coming out today (not likely) AND he made an appointment for TOMARROW at 10 am!!!!! (in the space of an hour it went from a looooooooooooooooong week to 10am tomarrow?????

My thought are that it was because my fiance called last time and i called this time, he always makes me talk to the customer service if they are guys (even when we return something)
