Stay safe in the ice storm, those pics look cool but so scary!  Here in CO we get snow but I have never seen the ice like that, I couldn't imagine even walking outside, knowing me and how clumsy I am I'm sure I would have fallen several times by now! |
When we had our snow storm EARLY (Jan, Feb) this year we got ice as well... I was leaving my office, stepped off the step and not even a milla second later I was in the air falling backwards. I hit my back then slid a little for yet another impact on the back of my head.. I yelled out VERY loud & the people in the other businesses came running out. There I sat in ICE, which I of course cracked on impact, that was turning to COLD COLD WATER. My boss took me to the ER after I refused ambulance care. I had blurred vision in both my eyes for about 2 hours... scared me to death, cracked 2 ribs and had a concusion. It was CRAZY, but I am clumsy like that and my office expects it from me
