I don't mean to scare you, but I'm concerned about your hubby. Unless he has an actual heart attack, his enzyme levels will be normal. My hubby had the cardio stress test and bloodwork and a few months ago had a new test...some kind of cat scan that is supposed to show blockage. Every one of those tests showed that he was fine and healthy, and in all actuality, he was 90% blocked on one side and 60% on the other and the only thing that finally showed that was the heart cath (angiogram). He felt crappy for so long and they told him it was stress. I hate it when they say stress...to me it's like a cop out. My hubby's brother went to the ER 4 times with chest pain and they kept running a few tests and told him he had tendonitis and sent him home. The 4th time they finally did a heart cath and he was having a heart attack, and had several before that, therefore leaving him with 25% left of his heart muscle. If they had done something the first time he went in, he wouldn't be on disability now with only one option being a heart transplant.

I didn't say all this to scare you...just to make you realize that if he continues to have any chest pains, shortness of breath, nausea, sleeps a lot...get him back to a doctor that will rule out heart disease for sure. Too many tests show false negatives and it upsets me when people have these symptoms and they go by tests that aren't reliable. Good luck and I hope his problems aren't heart related! *HUG*
