I also wondered how his mom didn't know. He met up with this man every other weekend and "Santa" paid him. The mom eventually caught on when the kid was getting unexplained money, I guess the child told her then. I guess I'm way overprotective with my son. He is still young, 10 1/2 months, but I would never let him go somewhere without me really knowing. Nowadays you can never be safe enough.
