i have the same problem!! i have had back problems for over a year now..and i think that has alot to do with it!! (i never used to be this way!!) it is the most annoying thing not being able to sleep..especially when you have to get up for work the next morning!! i def. understand what you guys are talking about!! -i havent taken anything for it yet either.. but i need to get in to see my doctor-cuz its ridiculous!! (im nervous to take ambien.. only cuz of the weird side effects that i have heard about..like the sleep walking and doing things you dont know you did!! ?? so im curious too Erin!
