How long have you had insomnia? Do you wake up early and stay up all day? Sometimes I get insomnia for awhile and I get into this pattern where I will stay up late and sleep late in the morning, then I started waking up early and I would not take a nap all day and eventually I started sleeping all night. Exercise helps greatly. Reduce caffiene. Also, benadryl 50mg works great for me. Good luck and good night...
