What do you take to help you sleep?
My doc put me on Restoril today because the Ambien CR quit working and Rozeram is like placebo for me. Also Trazadone does nothing.
I took the 15mgs of Restoril at 9pm and here it is 12:20 am and I feel nothing.
Not even the least bit tired
Ughhh I hate having insomnia
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. As I am lucky to be asleep by 3-4am every night
