I am sorry about your baby and I know you really want another one, and I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I am going to put my 2 cents worth in. I don't think it is the right time or situation for you right now to have a yorkie. Your lab may never do that again, but when it comes to a living breathing being you can not take that chance. And keeping 2 dogs separted in one house will be miserable for eveyone in the house. It wouldn't be fair to the yorkie or to the lab. I am sorry and I know that is not what you want to hear, but I think you know that it is best for now in your mind, but in your heart you don't want to believe it, you want to believe you can make it work because you miss your baby so much. Good luck with whatever you choose. Stay on YT with us, there is so much to learn and then when the time is right for you to get a yorkie, you will be prepared....
