I've never seen it before. It looks like they've got a lot of cute dresses though. It says it's "new" and also something about "Two Continents", so I have a feeling their stuff (or some of it) is from China. The dresses are cute, but there's no prices on them til check out and the tshirts they have are a little unusual looking IMO.
