I take a mini pretzel and top it with a Rolo (or you can use Hershey kisses). I put it in the oven on a parchment or foil lined cookie sheet at 250 degrees for about 4 minutes until it is soft (it will not melt). I take it out and then top with a pecan half (press it slowly into the rolo). I usually then place them on a sheet pan and set in the fridge to harden up (works better to pack in a tin).
Personally, my very favorites are dark chocolate covered Pretzels.
