Oh man, Ive been hearing it on the news! I feel sooo bad for all of you out there in the midwest. Last year we had an ice storm and all the underground transformers were blowing up also! I never seen anything like that in all my 30 years so I had NO idea what it was. I thought something was wrong with my eyes that I was seeing flashes of light (couldn't hear it cuz I was inside) until I got to work and told someone and they told me what it was! HAHA
Here in New England when it snows 2 ft we all still go to work! Never a dull moment or a day off! HAHA
