Well now that he's full grown like 9 lbs they are already tired of him and theink they want to get rid of him
The daughter wanted a 'teacup' so she said, and the family surprised her with one and now she doesn't take care of it. They feed him crap food and don't comb his hair. My friend is the girl's brother, he is away at school so cannot keep the dog or do anything about it.
