I was going to get a macbook as well and someone gave me a link for apple's refurbished ones, but they are still out of my price range.

Hope you get the laptop! it's a great one so i've heard.. my laptop died on me and i really needed a new one on the spotfor my photo card business/web design and could only afford a dell right now.
maybe next time, my brother in law would have let me used his student discount, but it still wasn't enough lol..
