Ug, I'm feeling ya, I had to carry Abby (80lbs) up the stairs Saturday and then I was cleaning. I was a little sore but didn't think anything of it until I sneezed on Sunday and hit the floor from the pain. I ended up coming home from work Monday afternoon and was doing ok, I did heat pad on my back. About 3:30am Tuesday I thought I was dying, worse then child birth. I don't have insurance or anything so I haven't made it to the doc yet.
I've had problems off and on for awhile and the pain meds work and physical therapy is good too. I've just never been disciplined enough to stay with it.
