I would watch for tapeworms. Charlie had them and the stool sample never showed anything. He started with mucous, then runny stools and then segments were visible.

Her tummy may be upset, and I would recommend that if she doesn't vomit (pancreatitis) perhaps a bit of pepto would help reduce the acid and firm up the poopy.
