I wanted to thank everyone for their helpful advice. I went with my feelings and did not place her with the person that wanted papers before proof of spay.
She had met 3 potential families and all I wasnt sure of, they just didnt feel right to me. I am so happy I posted here on YT since it led me to the best home for her! I got exactly what I wanted, a pet home where she is being loved, terribly spoiled
, is receiving continued vet care and she will be spayed. I feel 100% about this one. I get updates on how she is doing and we are welcome to visit.
