Can anyone tell me how this works?When i got NEO the guy i got him from told me that he would mail me the papers and after 6 months of calling him i gave up.Did he just screw me over on the papers?Or do i need to do some thing?(send in info)Never had to deal with AKC so i don't know.If i got screwed on the papers is there any way that i can get papers anyways?
