puppies need a lot of social contact with other people besides the usual people that they see around the house and stuff like that. So I would say take her places let other people (that you trust of course) hold her and play with her so she gets used to and learns to be social with other humans insted of timid when other humans she doesnt know come around. But dont overly tire her out or anything. However, you should be spending quite a lot of time of your day working with her and training her to learn how to go outside and go potty learning to sit and stay and stuff like that.
