 Is this a step in harness?
I am looking for a step in harness. I got this picture off walmart.com, i am hoping someone can tell me what kind of harness this is. i am trying to avoid going to the toy section and trying it on a stuffed dog. i am getting a furbaby in the spring. i am looking for a harness for her until i learn how to make a harness vest. thanks
