Ah! Now I get it. Oftentimes, it seems the higher protein foods are more palatable bc they contain more protein and less fillers - so EVO is usually well liked. Orijen is LOVED by almost every dog I've heard of - can you get a hold of it? Another kibble to look into (high prot) would be Nature's Variety Instinct (they sell raw frozen too).
