What about allergies, say someone brings in a pom or another small dog that sheds...the store is then liable for any medical attention that person needs. Then there is the problem of letting a small dog in and not a large dog...discrimination. There are a lot of legal ramifications that could be incurred.

I do see your point,and I do take my fur kids where I can out here myself, but there are a lot of valid reasons for it...then what if someone crosses the line and takes the dog into a grocery store?



OP~so sorry that they even treated you horribly on the phone...Ross never has had great customer service & I think it is horrible that the security did that knowing you were going in there!
