I remember when we first got Daisy, we had to mix sugar into her water to prevent hpoglycemia...maybe sugar water would be a better choice. Honey is thick, it might cause choking..also it's super high in sugar (since it's concentrated & compact).

I'm really not sure about this. Maybe someone else can help..
