Hmm, I would go with the flight that the baby can be with you. Take a little food for the pup to knibble on, water, when you are at the stop over. Perhaps you can paper train before your flight, so that the day of your flight you can take the pup to the bathroom, place the pad on the floor and tell pup to go potty. I have heard other yorkies do so. Use treats when the pup goes and you will have pup trained very quickly, they love snacks.

I agree with this....these babies are far too tiny to be below alone, plus I am a worry wart and would be paranoid about someone taking my babies when they were unloaded...just my two cents.
