Of course, but you can't really see it in the picture. Actually, it was the making a matching bow that sold me on the dress. A customer sent me a picture of the dress because she wanted a bow to match and I fell in love with the dress!
That happens way too much! I swear making bows
costs me money! I sell a $4 bow and have to buy a $20 dress.
