I don't know if this is still hypothetical or if you're asking for real. For me, I wouldn't buy a yorkie or biewer that would be 10lbs full grown. My Lacy is like 7.5lbs right now and she's still a small dog to me and I love her to death, but I would prefer for all my other dog to be smaller than her. I think 4-5.5lbs is the perfect range to me...definitely no smaller than 3lbs and preferably no bigger than 6. Of course, if I bought one and it ended up being smaller or bigger than expected it wouldn't be a big deal to me..size isn't that important to me. But idealy somewhere between 4 and 6lbs is what I would like. I like to take my dogs places with me and when you get into the 10lbs range, it is more difficult. And I just like the look of that size. There are a lot of people that would love a slightly bigger yorkie/biewer that happened to show up in a litter from a good breeder though.
